JA's Week 6 picks!

Last week 10-4
Year to date: 54-22
Giants @ Saints
The battle of 2 undefeated teams: Eli’s homecoming and Jeremy Shockey’s first game against his old team…This will be a test of Drew Brees’ high-octane offense vs The G-Men D….you know what they say…Defense wins Championships….and the Giants win this game…6-0

JA’s pick: GGGGGGGGGGG-Men

Texans @ Bengals
The Texans have had trouble not only stopping the run, but scoring in the red zone…BIG day from Cedric Benson and the Cinderella ride strolls along for at least another week and already overtake last year’s win total of 4…

JA’s pick: Bengals

Lions @ Packers
The weak O-Line of Green Bay will be a non-issue playing Detroit Rock City this week, gimme Aaron Rodgers against the league’s 27th best pass defense.. At THE FROZEN TUNDRA OF LAMBEAU FIELD….

JA’s pick: Packers

Ravens @ Vikings
My advice to Brett Favre this week is to THROW THE FOOTBALL!!! ….Scary thought I know, but the way the Ravens have defended the pass this year, it should be nothing less of a field day for the Purple People Eaters…Ray Lewis got fined for his blast on Ochocinco and today he lays out Favre as Minny holds their breath…Vikes stay undefeated…

JA’s pick: Vikings

Browns @ Steelers
The Steelers look to win their 3rd game in a row and Rashard Mendenhall should have a big day against the helpless Brownies…The only thing that’s stopping him is if Brady Quinn puts his house on the playing field…Pitt lost Aaron Smith, but gained a Polamalu..ruh roh Shaggy!

JA’s pick: Steelers

Panthers @ Buccaneers
Panther nation…and my fantasy team…are praying every night to finally see a touchdown from Steve Smith…if he can’t get one against the awful Bucs’ D, all hope is lost…Bucs remain winless

JA’s pick: Panthers

Rams @ Jaguars
Torry Holt gets a crack at his old team and MJD is running with a po’d attitude….bad news for a team whose biggest news bite involves Rush Limbaugh because their team is the worst in football…Rams lose their 17th straight…

JA’s pick: Jaguars

Chiefs @ Redskins
Wow, the Skins play ANOTHER winless team….this could be the make or break game for Jim Zorn, who has lost the faith of every other member past and present of this franchise except for his current roster…K.C played Dallas tough last week and if they match that intensity will surely take it to Washington…Zorn should consider talking to local high schools about coaching vacancies after the Skins go 2-4…Chiefs finally put one in the win column…UPSET SPECIAL?!

JA’s pick: Chiefs

Cardinals @ Seahawks
The defending NFC Champs have the best rushing defense, but have the worst passing defense…After returning with a 4-TD performance; Hasselbeck should shine yet again as the Seahawks find their way back to .500

JA’s pick: Seahwaks

Eagles @ Raiders
The Raiders are in the midst of a 3 game losing streak where they have been outscored by a score of 96-16…JaMarcus Russell is looking like one of the biggest busts of all-time and Darius Heyward-Bay has as many hyphens in his name as he does catches….Needless to say, Philly rolls…

JA’s pick: Eagles

Titans @ Patriots
This is starting to look like a lost season for the Titans…playing the Pats, who are coming off of a loss, will surely not help their cause…Does Vince Young finally make an appearance? Titans go 0-6 in Junior Seau return from his 32nd retirement…..

JA’s pick: Patriots

Bills @ Jets
Jets come out aggressive after their crushing loss on MNF…All hope that the Bills have of winning this game will have to rest on the shoulders of Fred Jackson because the air show never seems to show up with a struggling Trent Edwards at the helm…the T.O trade demands start tonight….

JA’s pick: Jets

Bears @ Falcons
The Bears will be looking for their 4th straight win and are starting the only visiting QB that has won in the Georgia Dome in nearly two years in Jay Cutler….Roddy White finally Showed up last week for the Falcons…In this fairly even matchup, im going with the Bears D over the struggling Falcons Defense that has been 24th in the league with the run and 22nd in the league with the pass…

JA’s pick: Da Bears

Broncos @ Chargers
Everybody thought the Chargers had this division on lock to start the year. However, the Broncos are looking like a legit football team with a D that can carry them far this season…I expect to see a Supercharged (no pun intended) Philip Rivers in front of his home crowd, but I see the Broncos pulling this one out because S.D has way too many questions with intensity with everyone else not named Philip..

JA’s pick: Broncos
